Sam Sidhu

Sam is the founder and CEO of Megalith and a member of the firm's investment committee. He has an extensive investment banking and private equity background having worked for Goldman Sachs and Providence Equity in the U.S. and Asia. During his career he has advised and invested in more than $100 billion of transactions.

Sam is an active keynote speaker and panelist. Notable events include; The TerraCRG Brooklyn Real Estate Summit, Real Estate Weekly Young Leaders’ Forum, Michael Stoler’s New York Real Estate Summit, Massey Knakal Multifamily Summit, and has been featured in the Stoler Report as well as Bloomberg radio.

Sam received an M.B.A. in General Management from the Harvard Business School and a B.Sc. in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Sam sits on the board of Customers Bank (NYSE: CUBI) and is a member of Urban Land Institute and Young Presidents' Organization.

Phil Watkins

Phil is a Principal of Megalith and a member of the firm's investment committee. He is actively involved in all aspects of the firm’s acquisitions and asset management activities.

Prior to joining Megalith, Phil worked for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing where he was responsible for underwriting, structuring, and closing investments across a wide range of asset classes and throughout the capital structure.

Phil is a frequent speaker at industry events including the New York Summer Apartment Summit, Anchin Construction & Development Summit, Brooklyn's Hot Projects and Neighborhoods, and the Honest Buildings Real Estate Innovations Summit. Phil is also actively involved with UJA Federation.

Phil received an M.B.A. in General Management from the Harvard Business School and a BSBA in Finance, cum laude, from the University of Florida.

Rodrigo Da Silva

Rodrigo serves as Vice President of Acquisitions and Capital Markets.  His responsibilities include identifying and underwriting transactions for new acquisitions in addition to sourcing and negotiating debt and equity transactions.

Rodrigo began his career with CBRE in the Investment Properties Institutional Group, where he completed over $20B of commercial real estate sales and valuations.  Rodrigo later joined the Acquisitions group at Stellar Management, one of New York’s largest owner-operators of multi-family apartments, where he facilitated approximately $1B in multi-family transactions.  Prior to joining Megalith, Rodrigo served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for JMH Development, a Brooklyn based developer focused on hotels and luxury condominiums.

Rodrigo received his B.Sc. in Business Administration from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University with a dual concentration in Economics and Real Estate and Urban Analysis.

Lexie Hearn

Lexie is the Vice President of Operations and Sales & Marketing at Megalith Capital Management. She is responsible for all operational activities of the firm and she leads Megalith's internal sales and marketing efforts.

Prior to joining Megalith, Lexie worked for Bridgewater Associates, L.P. where she managed operations for a client service team responsible for over 40 client relationships.

Lexie holds a B.A. in Political Science and International Affairs from Gettysburg College where she played four years of Field Hockey and Lacrosse, serving as a captain on both teams. Lexie is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and sits on the Advisory Board of the Greenwich Youth Lacrosse Program as well as the Alumni Advisory Council of the Greenwich Country Day School.

Matt Lobron

Matt is the Senior Vice President of Development at Megalith and is responsible for managing and coordinating all major residential and commercial ground-up development activities for the company.

Prior to joining Megalith, Matt was responsible for completing development projects at Zeckendorf Development and Extell Development that totaled over $5.0 billion in total gross sellout.

Matt received an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

Ryan O'Malley

Ryan is a Project Accountant for Megalith and is responsible for leading the day to day asset level accounting activities for all real estate entities, managing the loan requisition process, monitoring capital accounts, and assisting with the property level asset management.

Prior to joining Megalith, he worked at Zeckendorf Development and Citigroup in Manhattan where he managed a portfolio of multifamily rental and condominium projects.

Ryan received a B.Sc. in Finance & Accounting from Florida State University.

Gerald Sammarco

Gerald Sammarco is Vice President of Construction & Development and supports Megalith through acquisition, design, budgeting, construction and delivery for all of the firm’s ongoing and pipeline projects.

Gerald is a 4th generation builder and has over fifteen years of experience in both the real estate development and general contracting business in the New York City market. He previously served in executive management for regional construction management and general contracting firms in both the public and private sectors. Gerald was also founder of Coast Group, a project management firm focusing on project management services for development and construction as well as owner’s representation on new construction, renovation and interiors projects.

Gerald received a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Seton Hall University. He is an adjunct professor for the City University of New York and is currently a member of the American Concrete Institute.

John Stanfield

John is the Controller at Megalith and a member of the firm's valuation committee. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial reporting, risk and compliance, and investor relations functions.

Prior to joining Megalith, John worked for several years in public accounting at Ernst & Young and ran his own boutique CPA firm specializing in the private equity real estate industry and international taxation which he sold to a large regional firm in the Midwest.

John has been a featured speaker on ABC News and at Chicago Tech Week. John is actively involved in Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation, Inc. and is a director of the Choudhrie Family Foundation.

John has received an MS in Taxation and a BA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MS in Accountancy from DePaul University.  He is a licensed certified public accountant and member of the AICPA.


Christine Wendell

Christine is a Senior Associate of Asset Management and Acquisitions, overseeing property level debt and equity relationships, and helping to underwrite new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Megalith, Christine worked in RXR Realty's Development Asset Management group, where she managed the financial models for approximately 15 ground up developments. Previously, she worked for Wells Fargo Bank's Commercial Real Estate group.

Christine received her M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics and English from Kenyon College.

Adrian Kay

Adrian is an Analyst in the Acquisitions and Asset Management team. His responsibilities include sourcing and underwriting transactions; in addition to developing Megalith’s proprietary tech-based sourcing platform.

Adrian began his career as an Engineer at Arup Group in Hong Kong where he designed residential development projects in the region, worth over $2 billion in land sales. He subsequently helped lead a digital design team to implement the digital plan across the Arup's global offices.

Adrian received a Masters in Civil Engineering from the University College London.
